The Advanced Telecommunication Company (ATC) was set up as a specialized Company to accomplish the introduction of Advanced Technology to transform network fit for 21st century. We focus on building a Global Information Infrastructure. We have an on-going project with Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) under the trade name "Petroeasy" a microprocessor controlled smartcard assisted pre-paid solution to sell petroleum products in KNPC Petrol Filling stations.
